You really need to go read the Help for Users section. If you've already read it and it hasn't helped, you need to contact either your ISP's technical support group, a relative who is in the computer or Internet business (if they're the CEO of a company, so much the better), or the twelve-year-old kid down the street who programs your VCR for you.
